Northwood Partners LLP (“Northwood”, “we”) runs this website and is the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us about privacy at privacy@example.com.

What we collect

• Pitches. When you send a pitch, we keep your name, email, company details and anything you choose to tell us about your business, including any link to a deck.
• Messages. When you use the contact form or write to one of our inboxes, we keep your message and the details you include with it.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe to our letters, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe.
• Usage. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

We use pitches to decide whether to invest and to reply to you. We use messages to answer them, and newsletter addresses only to send the letters you asked for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep pitches for up to three years, so we can follow a company’s progress, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner. Messages are kept for as long as the conversation needs, and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to privacy@example.com and we will reply within a month.

We will post any changes to this notice on this page, with the date above.
