Quillo: Accounts payable for mid-market finance teams

Active

Quillo automates accounts payable for finance teams at companies with $50 million to $1 billion in revenue. It reads incoming invoices, matches them to purchase orders and receipts, routes exceptions to the right approver and times payments to capture early-payment discounts. Customers typically close their books three days sooner.

Grace spent six years as a controller at a manufacturing company, where a team of nine processed every invoice by hand. Nate had built payment systems at a business banking provider. We wrote the first cheque in 2021, a few weeks after they incorporated, and have followed on in each round since. Kwame works with the team on hiring and sales.

Quillo now processes more than $14 billion in payables a year for 700 mid-market companies across the US and Canada.
