Tabula: Spreadsheets for operations teams

Tabula gives operations teams a spreadsheet that behaves like an application. Teams start from a familiar grid, then add forms, approvals, permissions and live connections to their other systems, so a supplier tracker or inventory log can grow into a proper tool without anyone writing code. Logistics companies and retailers make up most of its customers.

Felix and Mira met at a Berlin delivery company, where they once counted more than 400 business-critical spreadsheets in a single operations department. We led the pre-seed round in 2021, when the product was still a prototype. Kwame has worked with them since, from the first ten customers through to the Series A.

Tabula now has more than 3,000 paying teams, and around a third of new accounts are opened by people who used it at a previous job.
